Ecuadorian NGO, Fundación Jocotoco, and California-based Island Conservation announce a partnership to work in the Galapagos Islands. This collaboration will strengthen the organizations’ mutual conservation goals, as well as allowing each partner to pursue their individual mission more effectively. Jocotoco’s experience in creating and managing protected areas, and Island Conservation’s expertise in island restoration is a powerful combination in service of the larger conservation goals for the archipelago, particularly in the current project for the restoration of Floreana Island.
