Tutii Chilton

Operations Manager

Tutii has an ABD in Political Science focusing on Future Studies and Indigenous Politics from University of Hawaii, Manoa in 2008 a MSW degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey in 1994 where he focused on Administration and Human Resource Management.

He has worked in Palau since 1994, first at the Planning and Statistics Office and then an instructor at Palau Community College from 1995 to 2010, and subsequently Dean of Academic Affairs from 2010 to 2012. From 2015 to 2021 he was the Executive Director of the Palau Energy Administration.

Tutii’s mottos are;
