Ken Mullins
Philanthropy & Salesforce Administrator
Ken joined Island Conservation as the Philanthropy and Salesforce Administrator in June 2022. He previously worked with environmental nonprofits and local governments in Seattle advocating for increased protection of Washington’s waterways, natural areas, and iconic landscapes. His passion for conservation has led him across the country, where he served with AmeriCorps in Colorado and Cape Cod, taught at an outdoor science school in California, led backpacking and climbing trips in the Adirondacks, and worked on a fire crew with The Nature Conservancy in Georgia. He ended up in Seattle for grad school and stayed for 8 years, where he holds a M.P.A in Environmental Policy from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance and a B.S. in Economics from North Carolina State University. In his free time, he can be found biking, skiing, hiking, and exploring his new home in New England.
