MEXICO
Farallón de San Ignacio and San Pedro Martir: Completed two projects to remove rats -- the first two projects of their kind in Latin America -- to protect nesting seabirds and fishing bats.
Guadalupe Island: Rediscovered four plants previously thought to be globally or locally extinct. Built fenced exclosures to protect sensitive plant species and documented, inside these fences, a greater than 700% increase in the total number of endemic pine trees on the island.
Pacific Islands Biosphere Reserve (Mexican federal protected area): Achieved legal protection for Guadalupe Island as a biosphere reserve in April 2005. Petition to protect other BC islands submitted and the draft protected area plan officially accepted by the Mexican Government. Protected area proposal formally announced and released for public comment June 2005.
Todos Santos Islands: Organized island-wide trash cleanup and removal of abandoned shacks. Removed donkeys and replaced their function with motorized wheelbarrows.
San Benitos Islands: Replaced lighthouse donkeys with motorized wheelbarrows. Oversaw design, placement, and construction of a new navigation light on West San Benito in order to minimize impact to island ecosystem.
Clarion Island: Removed feral pigs and sheep. Discovered new nesting population of Wedge-tailed Shearwater (Puffinus pacificus chlororhynchus).

CALIFORNIA
Anacapa Island: IC declared our Anacapa Island Restoration Project a success after two years of monitoring. We successfully reintroduced the endemic deermouse, (Peromyscus maniculatus anacapae), to the three Anacapa Islands following the removal of introduced rats. The Xantus's Murrelet breeding success has doubled.
HAWAI`I
Lehua Island: Successfully protected native birds and vegetation by removing feral rabbits.
Palmyra Atoll: Successfully completed a trial rat removal project on four hectares (10 acres) of the atoll in August 2005.
ALASKA
Prioritized Alaskan islands for restoration potential of Ancient Murrelet (Synthliboramphus antiquus) colonies through removal of invasive species.
Partnered with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge and the The Nature Conservancy to remove rats from Aleutian islands.
